Juliana Gaita, Esq

Although originally a Brooklyn, New York native, Attorney Juliana Gaita has settled with her husband and kids in South Florida and calls this region her new home. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and attended Law School at  Northeastern University School of Law and graduated in 2008.

Juliana knows first-hand the challenges women face as single mothers and when experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Her unique perspective on the joys and challenges of adoption, such as a birth mother making a choice to place her child for adoption in an unplanned pregnancy, has equipped Juliana to help the woman who seek her support and guidance. She has spent countless hours assisting women and families to make the right choice for themselves and their babies and children.  Juliana works around the clock to help expectant mothers achieve stability during their pregnancy, to assist with living expenses when needed and to make the right birth plan for their child.   Over the years her practice has become the go-to for women who want to seek adoption as an option.  Juliana and her husband have also adopted three children, which has given her additional insight into what an adoptive family is experiencing as well, which helps both expectant mothers and adoptive families when working on post-adoption communication plans.

Juliana is committed to helping all women throughout their pregnancy. Her law practice and her clients provide purpose, fun and fulfillment to her life and she handles each case with the attention to detail it deserves and is accessible to her clients all hours of the day. Juliana has come to know most of her clients not just as clients but as friends.

Juliana is licensed to practice in MA, FL as well as the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Juliana is also a member of the Florida Adoption Council.
